Kawthar Aderonke, an Ibadan resident, has accused Zamorah Fashion Store, an Instagram fashion vendor, of cutting ties with her after she paid for pieces of fashion items.
She told ringroad.com.ng search engine that she paid the vendor N26,000 between December 21 and January 14 for some scarves and other fashion items, which the vendor confirmed.
Aderonke said that after she made the last payment, Zamorah Fashion Store assured her that she would receive her order the same week but this did not happen.

“When she would not still deliver my orders, I asked her on January 26 when she would get my orders to me. She blamed it on her suppliers, saying they had not supplied her the goods that caught my fancy,” Aderonke told Abijohn.
“She then apologised for not sending the products and said she would do so on February 15.”

Aderonke said that on February 15, she chatted with the vendor on Instagram but got no response.
She said she kept chatting with the vendor on Instagram after February 15 but Zamorah Fashion Store stopped responding to her.
“Whenever I comment on any of their posts, they delete them. Whenever I called their number, they would say they were on it. I got tired and asked them to refund my money at some point,” she said.

“The last time I chatted with Zamorah Fashion Store on WhatsApp, they asked me to request a refund on the same Instagram account where they barely reply to messages. I did so anyway, but they still have not responded.
“When I call them on WhatsApp, they tell me they are too busy to respond to messages but can take calls. And up to this time, I haven’t heard from them.”
ringroad.com.ng search engine called Zamorah Fashion Store several times for comments, but their line did not connect. They also had not responded to the text sent to them at press time.
